Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Employee located in Bengaluru. The Back Office Employee will handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth processes and efficient execution. Key responsibilities include managing back office operations, supporting customer service efforts, coordinating with finance and sales teams, and maintaining organized records and documentation. The role requires consistent collaboration with internal teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Back Office Operations, including data management, documentation, and administrative processes
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with team members and other stakeholders
  • Experience in Customer Service, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction
  • Basic knowledge of Finance and ability to assist in processing financial transactions
  • Familiarity with Sales coordination and support functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
  • Attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in back office or administrative roles is an advantage
