Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Civil Engineer specializing in Waterproofing and Flooring, based in Mumbai. The role includes providing technical and administrative support to projects, addressing and resolving technical concerns, managing documentation, preparing & submitting quotations, following up with clients, preparing site reports, and collaborating with field teams to ensure smooth project execution. The candidate will also liaise with vendors, monitor compliance, and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in waterproofing and Resinous Flooring is required
- Cost estimation knowledge based on technical information provided.
- Troubleshooting skills to address and resolve technical challenges effectively
- Strong foundations in Technical Support for solution-oriented problem-solving
- Excellent Customer Service and communication abilities to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Capacity to deliver Training and knowledge transfer to employees and project teams
- Proficiency in waterproofing flooring and related fields.
- Attention to detail, ability to work on-site, and knowledge of relevant software's.
