Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Back Office Assistant role based in Ahmedabad. The Back Office Assistant will handle daily administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, documentation, record maintenance, and support for transaction processing. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely updating of client information, preparing standard reports, and assisting in compliance-related documentation. The Back Office Assistant will respond to internal and client queries, maintain organized files and databases, and support the smooth functioning of back office processes so advisors can focus on client-facing activities. The position requires attention to detail, consistent follow-up, and adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Back Office Operations skills, including data entry, documentation handling, and record management.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, verify accuracy, and support basic reporting and reconciliation tasks.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as scheduling, organizing files, and supporting daily office workflows.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams and address client-related queries professionally.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business administration, or a related field are beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort with financial or CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, maintain confidentiality, and follow structured processes in a regulated financial environment.
- Prior experience in financial services back office or administrative roles is an advantage but motivated early-career professionals are also encouraged to apply.
