Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back End Sales professional based in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves supporting the sales process by managing customer inquiries and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the sales team, providing customer service, processing orders, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. The role also includes assisting in sales management and contributing to process improvements through feedback and innovative problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to train and support teams effectively
- Proficiency in using relevant sales and CRM software
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Relevant experience in the shipping or logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
