🚀 Hiring Back-end Engineers (Java / Node.js)
📍 Location: Hyderabad (HQ – Preferred), Noida, Chennai, Bengaluru

We are expanding our engineering team and looking for mid-level Back-end Engineers who are passionate about building scalable, high-performance systems in a global engineering environment.
🔧 Role Overview
As a Back-end Engineer, you will work on enterprise-grade platforms, contributing to backend services, APIs, and integrations while collaborating with distributed teams across geographies.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using modern technologies
- Build and maintain REST APIs (OpenAPI / spec-first mindset)
- Participate in Agile delivery, sprint planning, code reviews, and production debugging
- Collaborate with global engineering teams and stakeholders
- Contribute to system design, performance optimization, and reliability
🧠 Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in at least one of the following:
- Java
- Node.js
- Golang
- Solid understanding of:
- Software engineering fundamentals
- Data structures & algorithms
- System design
- Experience working in Agile teams and production environments
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal), especially for remote collaboration
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a global team
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
