We’re Hiring: Senior Backend Engineer (Java | Microservices | Kafka)

Role: Senior Backend Engineer
Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka
Focus: Security-First | AI-Driven | High-Scale Systems
What You’ll Do
- Design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems
- Architect microservices for reliability, security, and low latency
- Build and optimize real-time data pipelines
- Drive performance tuning and system optimization
- Implement observability (logging, monitoring, tracing)
- Ensure secure API integrations (JWT, OAuth2)
- Mentor team members and enforce engineering best practices
- Collaborate closely with product teams to deliver impactful solutions

Core Technical Skills
- Core Java + Servlets
- Spring Boot & Microservices Architecture
- Kafka & Event-Driven Systems
- Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Cloud & DevOps: Docker, CI/CD, Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Security: API Security, JWT, OAuth2, Encryption
Bonus Points
- Experience in fintech or trading platforms
- Exposure to WebSockets / real-time systems
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Familiarity with React, Next.js, Flutter, or Node.js
