Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend applications
- Build and expose RESTful APIs and microservices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure high code quality
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data modeling and queries
Required Skills:
- 5–8 years of strong hands-on Java backend development experience
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API design principles
- Hands-on experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Familiarity with tools like Maven/Gradle, Git, Jenkins
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
- Good understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles
