Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Back End Developer, based in Santipur, with flexibility for some remote work. The Back End Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining server-side applications, ensuring seamless system integration and performance. Responsibilities include developing and testing software solutions, collaborating with front-end developers, optimizing system architecture, and maintaining strong coding standards. Additionally, the role requires troubleshooting and debugging to enhance backend functionality and system performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development.
- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Basic understanding or exposure to Front-End Development for effective collaboration.
- Skilled in Programming with hands-on experience in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js).
- Creative problem-solving skills and a strong ability to debug and optimize code.
- Familiarity with database design and management (relational or NoSQL databases preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud services, APIs, and scalable architecture frameworks is a plus.
