Role Description
- Assist in building and maintaining backend services and server-side logic
- Develop and integrate REST APIs
- Work with databases to design, query, and manage data efficiently
- Debug backend issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliability
- Collaborate with frontend developers and senior engineers for seamless integration
- Write clean, structured, and well-documented code
Who should apply
- Freshers or recent graduates in CS/IT or related fields
- Strong understanding of backend fundamentals
- Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- Hands-on experience with projects (academic/personal is enough)
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
(Strong understanding of at least one is required)
- Programming Languages: Java / Python / JavaScript / C / C++
- Backend Basics: Node.js / Express / Django / Spring Boot (or similar)
- Database Knowledge: SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB (basics)
- API Development: REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, API testing
- Version Control: Git / GitHub basics
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Experience with Front-End Development and Programming
- Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize backend processes
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take ownership of projects
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
