We are looking for a highly skilled Platform & Integration Engineer to build and scale the core services, workflows, and integrations powering Reachwareโs next-generation iPaaS platform. This role combines backend engineering, workflow orchestration, and integration expertise.

๐๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ & ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐:
โฃ Design and develop backend services using Go
โฃ Build APIs for tenant management, workflows, and platform services
โฃ Implement multi-tenancy, governance, and policy-driven systems
๐๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ & ๐๐ฑ๐๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
โฃ Build workflow systems using Temporal and event-driven architecture
โฃ Implement async processing, retries, idempotency, and failure handling
โฃ Use messaging systems like NATS/Kafka for scalable execution
๐๐จ๐ง๐ง๐๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ & ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
โฃ Build production-grade connectors using REST, GraphQL, and webhooks
โฃ Integrate with third-party systems using OAuth2, API keys, and secure protocols
โฃ Handle sync patterns, pagination, rate limits, and schema evolution
๐๐๐ญ๐ & ๐๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ:
โฃ Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis for scalable storage
โฃ Design efficient schemas, indexing, and data access patterns
๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ & ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ:
โฃ Implement resilience patterns like retries, circuit breakers, and backoff
โฃ Ensure observability using logs, metrics, and tracing
โฃ Integrate IAM, secrets management, and policy-driven security
๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐๐จ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง & ๐๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ:
โฃ Contribute to architecture decisions, coding standards, and best practices
โฃ Collaborate with AI, DevOps, and product teams
โฃ Participate in incident response and continuous improvement
๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ-๐๐๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ
โฃ 6+ years in backend/platform/integration engineering
โฃ 3+ years of strong Go programming experience
โฃ Experience in distributed systems and microservices
โฃ Hands-on with APIs, connectors, and integration patterns
โฃ Experience with Temporal, Kafka/NATS, or similar systems
โฃ Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
โฃ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
โฃ Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design skills
