Role Description
We’re Hiring – Backend Engineers (2 Openings) Golang & Node.js
Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Gurgaon‑Delhi
Experience: 3plus years | Full‑time
At Kognitive Networks, we’re building secure, scalable, and innovative solutions shaping the future of networking. We’re looking for backend engineers with strong expertise in Golang and Node.js to design, build, and optimize high‑performance systems.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers and teams to develop backend solutions
Design and maintain scalable server‑side architecture
Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
Integrate databases (MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL) for efficient data flow
Write secure, reusable, and optimized backend code
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade backend systems
Ensure performance optimization, caching, and query tuning
Implement authentication and security best practices
Document backend services and collaborate across teams
Requirements
3+ years of hands‑on experience with Node.js and Express.js
Strong knowledge of Golang for backend development
Experience with MongoDB and SQL databases
Familiarity with asynchronous programming, middleware, and error handling
Understanding of JWT, OAuth2, and security best practices
Exposure to AWS or Azure (deployment, storage S3)
Experience with Git, Postman, and version control
Knowledge of Python for automation or scripting is a plus
Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and optimization skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Good to Have
Experience with Docker or containerized deployments
Familiarity with Redis, message queues, or microservices architecture
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
