We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong Node.js experience to build scalable APIs and backend systems for our GCC Recruitment Platform including ATS, recruiter workflows, employer dashboards, AI integrations, and deployment tracking systems. The candidate should also have basic understanding or hands-on experience with AI/API integrations such as OpenAI or other AI services.

- Resume parsing experience
- WhatsApp API Integration
- Socket.io / Realtime APIs
- Queue Management (BullMQ/Redis)
- Microservices Basics
