Job Title: Backend Developer (Mid-Level / Senior)
Experience: 4–7 Years / 7+ Years
Location: Remote
Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Backend Developers to build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems for enterprise banking applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in backend technologies, API development, and database management, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and REST APIs
- Build scalable and high-performance microservices-based applications
- Integrate front-end components with server-side logic
- Ensure security, reliability, and performance of applications
- Optimize database queries and improve system efficiency
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, DevOps)
- Participate in code reviews and best practices implementation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in backend programming (Java / Python / Node.js / .NET)
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Microservices architecture
- Good knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Experience with frameworks like:
- Java → Spring Boot
- Python → Django / Flask
- Node.js → Express
- Understanding of API security (OAuth, JWT)
- Familiarity with version control (Git).
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in high-scale or banking/fintech systems
- Understanding of event-driven architecture & caching (Redis)
