Role Description – Python Developer Intern / Junior Backend Developer
This is a remote internship / junior-level role for a Python Developer focused on backend development and automation.
You will work closely with senior developers to build backend APIs, automate job application workflows, and integrate third-party services. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience with real-world backend systems and automation tools.
What You’ll Work On
- Writing Python backend code for APIs and automation tasks.
- Building and improving REST APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Creating automation scripts for job applications, emails, and data handling.
- Working with databases to store and retrieve application data.
- Assisting in integrating external APIs and services.
- Debugging issues and improving system performance.
- Learning best practices for clean, scalable backend development.
Who Can Apply
- Students or recent graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python.
- Understanding of OOP concepts (classes, functions, modules).
- Familiarity with APIs and backend basics.
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL is a plus).
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and work in a startup environment.
- Comfortable working in a remote team setup.
