About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the core backend infrastructure that powers our internal CRM, automation ecosystem, and integrated financial systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex systems that require high scalability, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for building robust backend solutions that support innovative fintech products.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in backend development is essential. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java is required. Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL is crucial, along with expertise in API design and microservices architecture. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is highly preferred. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of system security principles and best practices, along with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, efficient backend architecture to support our CRM and automation ecosystem.
- Build and maintain APIs and microservices that facilitate seamless integration with various internal and external systems.
- Integrate CRM, ERP, financial systems, and AI engines to ensure smooth data flow and operational efficiency.
- Optimize database performance through effective query design, indexing, and schema management.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to maintain code quality and system reliability.
