🚀 We’re on the lookout for a Backend Developer! (1–3 yrs experience)
📍 Location: Okhla Phase 2 | 💰 Salary: Competitive Salary | 🎓 Qualification: B.Tech/ BCA / MCA / M.Tech
Days - Monday to Saturday I Timings - 10 to 6:30 PM
About the Role:
Finsbee is redefining the financial world with smart, tech-driven solutions. We’re looking for a Backend Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable applications, REST APIs, and working with modern Python frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications
· Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
· Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
· Optimize applications for performance and scalability
· Debug issues and resolve performance bottlenecks
· Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
· Develop REST APIs and integrate third-party services
· Collaborate with frontend, design, and QA teams
· Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
· Ensure application security and data protection compliance
Required Skills:
· Strong proficiency in Python
· Experience with frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI
· Good understanding of OOP concepts
· Experience building and consuming REST APIs
· Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (preferred)
· Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
· Familiarity with Git / GitHub
· Understanding of Linux environment
· Knowledge of Docker / CI-CD is an added advantage
