Role Description
We are looking for a Skilled and Motivated Backend Software Engineer with 3+ years of Experience to join our Engineering Team.
In this role, you will:
- Design and Develop Scalable, Reliable, and High-Performance Backend Systems.
- Build and Maintain REST APIs and Microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design Efficient Database Structures and Queries using PostgreSQL.
- Work on Agentic Architecture and AI-powered Workflows to build Intelligent Product Experiences.
- Analyze and Process Large Volumes of Business Data to generate Insights and Automate Decision-Making.
- Collaborate closely with Frontend Developers, Product Managers, and Design Teams.
- Optimize Application Performance, Scalability, Security, and Reliability.
- Ensure Best Practices in Software Development, Testing, Monitoring, and Deployment.
This Role is suited for someone who enjoys Ownership, Problem-Solving, System Design, and Building Long-Term Products.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs and Backend Services.
- Good understanding of PostgreSQL, Database Design, and Query Optimization.
- Experience working with Data Analysis, Data Processing, and Business Intelligence Workflows.
- Exposure to AI, LLMs, Agentic Architecture, or Intelligent Automation Systems is a plus.
- Understanding of Distributed Systems, Microservices, and Cloud-based Architectures.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD Pipelines, and Modern Development Practices.
- Proactive, Ownership-Driven, and Problem-Solving Mindset.
- Curious, Eager to Learn, and Comfortable Working in a Collaborative Team Environment.
