The Role
We're looking for a Back-End Developer to join our growing team. You'll work on real problems with real impact, alongside a small team that values clarity, curiosity, and good craft.
What You'll Do
- Design and build robust, scalable APIs and backend services.
- Own data modelling, system architecture, and infrastructure decisions.
- Work closely with the front-end team to deliver seamless product experiences.
- Keep systems reliable, observable, and efficient as we scale.
- Explore ways to integrate AI capabilities into the product stack.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of work experience preferred.
- Comfortable with at least one backend language — Python, Node.js, Go, or similar.
- Familiarity with databases, REST APIs, and cloud infrastructure basics.
- Strong problem-solving instincts and attention to correctness.
- Ability to take a feature from spec to production with minimal hand-holding.
- Curiosity about AI and how it's reshaping the way we build.
