Hiring: Backend Developer (Java + Spring Boot) | Remote

We're looking for a Backend Developer who can build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that power modern applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend applications using Java & Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and Microservices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work with databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Collaborate with Frontend, Product, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices.
- Contribute to system design and technical decision-making.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, OOP, Design Patterns, and System Design.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Event-Driven Architecture.
- Experience working on scalable, high-traffic applications.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor
