Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage CRM systems and consumer lifecycle data
- Design and develop REST APIs and backend services
- Integrate third-party tools (CRM, analytics, marketing automation platforms)
- Build segmentation logic and support personalized user journeys
- Maintain data governance, access control, and security standards
- Support backend needs for websites and mobile applications
- Collaborate with marketing and business teams for campaign execution
Required Skills
- 3–6 years experience in PHP (Laravel) and/or Node.js/ Python / Wordpress Customization
- Strong experience in MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with building custom CRM platforms .
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and integrations
- Experience in marketing automation workflows and segmentation
- Basic understanding of GenAI
Good to Have
- AWS (RDS, S3, Lambda, SES),Docker
- Firebase, GA4 event tracking
- Experience with mobile app backend systems
- Understanding of data privacy standards (GDPR / PDPB)
