Product Management Intern

• Join Babyscripts as a Product Management Intern to support digital health initiatives • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and start-up stakeholders • Create product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Help prioritize product features and manage the product backlog • Prepare internal documentation and stakeholder presentations • Contribute ideas to improve product usability and outcomes • Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and rollout of new features • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer support issues • Document known issues and feature requests • Own a strategic project culminating in a presentation to the company
