As a Technical Consultant, you'll help leading organizations use HubSpot to deliver high-impact technical solutions. This involves system architecture, strategy advice, and developing AI-driven innovations.

The Opportunity

As a client-facing Technical Consultant, you'll lead the design and delivery of solutions across sales, marketing, and service. You will bridge business goals with technical execution, designing systems, integrating platforms, and deploying automations within HubSpot.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to develop and implement technical solutions for our clients. You will use your technical expertise within the HubSpot ecosystem to build transformative technical and AI solutions.

Client-facing Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic technical advisor to clients.
• Lead technical discovery sessions.
• Translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Collaborate to shape solution proposals and roadmaps.

Technical Execution Responsibilities

• Architect and implement HubSpot integrations using APIs and automation.
• Build and deploy AI-powered features.
• Use Python, HubL, REST APIs, and serverless platforms.
• Prototype automation features using NLP, ML, and generative AI.
• Maintain technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Scoping: Understand client needs and create technical specifications.
• Service Scoping: Produce a scope of work for technical solutions.
• Solution Architecture and Design: Architect scalable solutions integrated with HubSpot.
• HubSpot Integration Development & Implementation: Develop integrations using HubSpot APIs and tools.
• AI Agent Development & Deployment: Design and deploy AI agents within HubSpot.
• Development of Intelligent Automation & AI-Powered Features: Implement AI/ML techniques for automation.
• Strategic Technical Consulting: Provide technical guidance within the HubSpot ecosystem.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Guide team members on AI and HubSpot integration.
• Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated with AI and HubSpot advancements.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting or related role.
• Understanding of technology use cases for various business functions.
• Experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages (e.g., Python) and integration technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms and their AI/ML services.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, integration, and governance.
• Experience in developing intelligent automation or AI-powered features.
• Client management experience.
