About the role

As an Engineering Analyst, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll drive best practices in nuclear engineering and work with senior stakeholders across Naval and Civil Nuclear sectors, leading improvements and implementing engineering management arrangements to enhance industry standards. Day-to-day, you'll drive engineering excellence in the Nuclear Sector. This role focuses on advancing sector-wide engineering maturity, implementing engineering management arrangements and the engineering framework. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of engineering, sharing best practices, and overcoming key challenges to ensure readiness for future demands. Drive effective implementation of engineering management arrangements. Assess engineering manuals' maturity for compliance and efficiency. Oversee business management system deviations for streamlined operations. Support capability maturity modelling to strengthen engineering strategies. Enhance engineering performance monitoring for continuous improvement. This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.
