Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Design and optimize processes within ITSM, Contracts Management, and related modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Support configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
- Ensure alignment with platform best practices and governance standards.
- Provide advisory support for ITFM and ITOM capabilities and roadmap discussions.
Required Experience:
- 7+ years as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
- Experience with Contracts Management lifecycle processes.
- Working knowledge of ITFM (budgeting, cost transparency) and ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management).
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
