BUSINESS ANALYST
Salesforce (Conga) Q2C/CPQ | SAP SD/MM | OTC/O2C | Enterprise Process Transformation
Location: India – Chennai / Bengaluru / Remote
Experience: 7–12 Years
Domain: MedTech / Life Sciences
Process Scope: Quote-to-Invoice (Q2I), OTC/O2C, Supply Chain
Primary Systems: Salesforce (Conga/CPQ), SAP SD/MM, ServiceNow, ServiceMax
Client Mandate: We require BAs with strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce (Conga) Q2C/CPQ or OTC/O2C or SAP SD/MM business processes. Generic BAs without deep process or domain expertise will not be considered.
About the Role:
Looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Salesforce (Conga/CPQ), SAP SD/MM, or Order-to-Cash processes. The role involves driving end-to-end process transformation and automation across enterprise platforms including SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Conga, and ServiceMax using SAFe Agile practices.
Critical Domain Expertise :
Option A – Salesforce (Conga) Q2C / CPQ
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Conga Contracts/CLM
- Understanding of Q2C lifecycle: opportunity, quote, contract, order, invoice
- Ability to write SOQL queries and perform Salesforce data discovery
- Experience with CPQ pricing rules, product bundles, approval workflows
- Knowledge of Conga Composer, Conga Sign, or similar tools
Option B – OTC / O2C (Order-to-Cash)
- Strong knowledge of OTC process flows: order management, fulfilment, invoicing, collections, revenue recognition
- Experience mapping OTC processes across Salesforce and SAP
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and SAP SD integration points
- Ability to identify automation opportunities across OTC cycle
Option C – SAP SD/MM
- Hands-on experience with SAP SD or MM modules
- Ability to write Functional Specifications (FS)
- Strong SAP table and transaction knowledge
- Experience in O2C, P2P, or supply chain flows in MedTech/Life Sciences
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process discovery, documentation, and optimisation across SAP, Salesforce, Conga, ServiceMax, and ServiceNow
- Identify automation opportunities and work with technical teams
- Own Quote-to-Invoice and Supply Chain processes
- Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and Functional Specifications
- Support Salesforce data discovery using SOQL
- Use AI prompting for documentation, UAT cases, and meeting summaries
- Manage UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
- Create process diagrams and wireframes using Miro, Visio, or Figma
- Conduct workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Drive projects from concept to delivery
Skills:
- Deep expertise in Salesforce (Conga/CPQ), OTC/O2C, or SAP SD/MM
- Strong Functional Specification writing skills
- Experience writing detailed user stories
- MedTech or Life Sciences domain experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt engineering
- UAT ownership experience
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
- SAFe Agile / Scrum experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
