Experience
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience working on Calypso within Capital Markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a functional expert for Calypso across multiple asset classes.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Front Office, Middle Office, and Operations.
- Perform functional configuration and analysis related to:
- Trade capture and validation
- Market data and pricing
- Static data setup (LEs, Books, Products, Securities)
- Design and maintain workflow configurations:
- Trade workflows
- Transfer workflows
- Message workflows
- Define and manage
SDI (Standing Settlement Instructions)
- Confirmation and settlement message flows (SWIFT / internal)
- Support UAT, production releases, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and defect fixes.

- Money Market instruments

- In-depth understanding of Calypso trade lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure, SLA-driven environments.
SELECTION PROCESS
- Candidates should expect 2 - 3 rounds of personal or telephonic interviews to assess fitment and communication skills
