Role & Responsibilties
● Place 100 trained care workers / nannies within 90 days in Hyderabad
● Achieve 85%+ worker retention at 6 months
● Collect monthly and quarterly structured feedback from families and workers
● Maintain Family & Worker Satisfaction Score ≥ 4/5 (NPS-driven)
● Resolve worker–family confl icts within 7 working days and replacement within 10 days
● Travel across major communities, apartment clusters and residential pockets in Hyderabad
● Negotiate fair salaries between families and care workers
● Own end-to-end placement lifecycle: Enrolment → Placement → Feedback →
Retention/Renewal/Replacement
● Act as single point of accountability, building referrals and reporting weekly metrics on placements, retention, and issues
Education
● Bachelor’s in Arts, Economics or Business
● Master’s in Business Administration
● Certifications in Branding, Negotiating, and Concept/Value/Long Cycle Selling
Experience
● 3 -5 Years in Placement, Field Sales, Community Operations, Blue Collar Workforce or staffing agencies
● 1 Years Minimum Tenure at Job and At least 1 Year Tenure at Zero to One Startup
● Experience in HR Tech Sales (Darwin Box,) Health Tech Sales (PazCare), Property Tech Sales (My Gate), Education Tech Sales (UpGrad)
