This is an individual contributor role within the B2C Inside Sales (Operations) team, focused on managing customer inquiries, driving conversions, and ensuring a high-quality guest experience across digital and voice channels.
The role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or travel/hospitality operations, who enjoy interacting with customers and managing end-to-end sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
- Handle inbound leads across channels (calls, chat, email, digital platforms)
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant cruise/travel options
- Drive conversions by effectively guiding customers through the booking journey
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality experience to customers at every touchpoint
- Address queries, concerns, and objections with empathy and clarity
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
Chat & Digital Sales Execution
- Manage real-time conversations across chat and digital platforms
- Maintain responsiveness and accuracy while handling multiple conversations
- Adapt communication style based on platform and customer profile
CRM & Process Adherence
- Accurately capture and update customer interactions in CRM systems
- Maintain hygiene of lead data, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
- Adhere to defined sales and service processes
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Ticketing, Finance) for smooth booking execution
- Ensure timely resolution of customer requests and escalations
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / customer service / travel operations (B2C)
- Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Comfortable handling chat, calls, and email simultaneously
- Good understanding of CRM tools and digital sales processes
- Strong customer orientation, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
