Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2C Inside Sales Associate, located in Bengaluru South. The primary responsibilities include engaging prospective customers, responding to inquiries, and effectively communicating the value of Crio.Do’s programs. The role involves lead generation, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong customer relationships through account management. The success of the role relies on meeting sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Account Management to maintain and nurture client relationships
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Knowledge or passion for the education sector and technology is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred
