📌 Job Role: Academic Counsellor (Work From Office)📌 Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from company-provided leads
- Explain Siliconuniv courses and learning programs
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Generate and qualify admission leads
- Handle queries and objections professionally
- Update call status and follow-up details in Excel
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve conversions
📌 Requirements
- Own smartphone required (Company will provide SIM card)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Confidence in cold calling and student interactions
- Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Word
- Prior telecalling, sales, or counselling experience preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
