Position: Oracle B2C Service Cloud (RightNow) Technical Consultant
Experience: 5–8 Years
Job Description:
• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Oracle B2C Service Cloud (RightNow) platform.
• Work on configurations, customizations, and integrations based on business requirements.
• Develop Custom Scripts, Custom Processes, BUI Extensions/Add-Ins, Business Rules, and Workspaces.
• Integrate Oracle B2C Service Cloud with external systems using REST APIs.
• Work with technologies such as PHP, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ROQL, and ConnectPHP.
• Experience with integration platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Utilize B2C Service features like Job Scheduler, Element Manager, Data Sync, and External Objects.
• Work with SQL and database concepts for data management and reporting.
• Perform troubleshooting, performance optimization, and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Oracle B2C Service Cloud certifications (good to have)
• Experience in client-facing consulting roles
• Knowledge of other Oracle CX products
• Experience mentoring junior team members
