Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Admission Counselor who can drive enrollments for Executive Education programs. The role involves engaging with working professionals, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right program while ensuring high conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for Executive Education programs
- Counsel working professionals on program offerings, career outcomes, and value proposition
- Drive end-to-end admission process from inquiry to enrollment
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups and relationship building
- Understand candidate profiles and recommend suitable programs
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track lead progress
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission experience
- Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in admissions / education sales / counseling / B2C
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Ability to engage with working professionals and senior candidates
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Strong follow-up and closure skills
