The Role
As a Wealth Relationship Manager (B2B), you will be the primary link between the firm and our network of partners. Your goal is to expand our footprint by acquiring new partners and empowering existing ones to drive sales through expert training and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development: Actively identify and acquire new partners to grow the B2B channel.
2. Portfolio Management: Manage and nurture a portfolio of 100+ sales partners.
3. Enablement & Training: Conduct comprehensive training programs to ensure partners are well-versed in our diverse range of financial products.
4. Relationship Growth: Maintain high-touch engagement with partners to ensure consistent business generation and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Education: MBA/PGDM candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Graduates with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Domain Expertise:Proven track record in handling B2B channels and strong market knowledge of wealth management products.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage large-scale partner networks.
