Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a B2B Student Recruitment Manager. The role involves establishing and nurturing partnerships with universities and educational institutions globally, developing and executing recruitment strategies, and building relationships with B2B partners. The responsibilities include generating leads, managing communication with educational consultants, organizing seminars and events, and overseeing recruitment processes to help students secure placements in international universities.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, and client relationship management, particularly in the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of international education systems, student recruitment strategies, and admissions processes.
- Marketing skills, event management experience, and proficiency with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently within a remote setup.
- A background in education consulting or related fields and familiarity with study abroad programs and procedures is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a closely related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
