Your Role:
You will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding strategic partners across India who will represent and scale partner brands under the Scale100X ecosystem.
You will own the entire sales lifecycle — from lead engagement to final partnership closure.
What you will do:
• Identify and acquire franchise / channel partners across India
• Pitch high-value franchise business models to potential partners
• Handle negotiations and close high-ticket B2B deals
• Manage the entire partner onboarding journey until activation
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams
• Track pipeline, deal stages, and performance through CRM tools
• Consistently achieve monthly revenue and partner acquisition targets
Ideal Candidate profile:
We are looking for candidates who:
• Have 2 – 13 years of experience in B2B sales / high-ticket sales / franchise sales / real estate sales / business consulting sales
• Currently have a CTC of 7 LPA or below
• Possess excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Are comfortable closing high-value deals and handling negotiations
• Are target-driven and thrive in performance-based environments
• Are comfortable working from office and carrying their own laptop (BYOD policy)
Important Hiring Criteria:
To ensure fast onboarding and a quick hiring process, we are prioritizing candidates who:
• Have a notice period of 15 days or less
• Are immediate joiners or willing to reduce notice period to 15 days
• Are available to complete all interview rounds within 48–72 hours
Candidates currently serving a 30-day notice period but willing to negotiate an early release are also encouraged to apply.
Compensation:
Salary: Up to 7 LPA + High Performance Incentives
Top performers have the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through the incentive structure.

Full-time, in-office role
Work Schedule:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1 Saturday off)
Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
