Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a dynamic professional to join Avishkaar as a B2B School Partnership Manager. In this role, you will lead efforts to identify and onboard new school partners, foster and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, and drive discussions to integrate Avishkaar's Coding, Artificial Intelligence, and Robotics curriculum into school systems. Additionally, you will oversee partnership agreements, conduct presentations or workshops for stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation of programs.
Qualifications
- Business development and relationship management skills, with the ability to onboard new partners and maintain strong relationships with existing ones
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with school administrators, teachers, and stakeholders
- Project management and organizational skills for overseeing partnership agreements and implementation
- Knowledge or experience in education technology, Coding, Robotics, or Artificial Intelligence is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Technology, or a related field
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Passion for education and nurturing innovation in young minds
