At Pace Roots, we’re looking for a proactive and well-organized B2B Customer Support Executive to manage client inquiries and ensure smooth order coordination.
Role Overview:
You will be the first point of contact for all B2B inquiries understanding client requirements, responding promptly, and coordinating internally to ensure smooth order execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle all incoming B2B inquiries (WhatsApp, calls, email)
* Understand client requirements and provide accurate information
* Coordinate with sales and production teams for order processing
* Share quotations, updates, and follow-ups with clients
* Ensure smooth communication from inquiry to order completion
* Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and orders
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks
* Basic understanding of sales/order flow (preferred)
* Experience in B2B or printing industry is a plus
