Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a B2B Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business clients, driving sales growth, and identifying new opportunities. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, conducting virtual meetings or presentations, managing sales pipelines, and providing excellent customer service.
The role also involves end-to-end sales ownership, from lead generation to closure, along with mentoring and training team members to achieve sales targets and foster overall team growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle: lead generation, cold calling, emailing, pitching, and closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and decision-makers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across markets
- Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline
- Conduct presentations and virtual meetings with potential clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets (₹5L+ minimum expectation)
- Mentor and guide team members to improve performance and conversions
Qualifications- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proven experience in B2B sales and sales management, with consistent target achievement
- Hands-on experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and deal closures
- Established B2B network or prior experience working with CXO-level clients
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong organizational skills
- Experience in training and mentoring team members
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
