Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales/SDR (Outbound) professional located in Dwarka. The role includes identifying and qualifying sales leads, conducting outbound outreach, managing the sales pipeline, and transitioning qualified opportunities to the business development team. The candidate will also maintain relationships with prospective clients, develop a strong understanding of our services, and collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication, and the ability to effectively engage with a B2B audience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development strategies
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach
- Proven ability to establish and nurture client relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset with experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in B2B sales is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
