Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a B2B Sales Manager based in Pune. The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and converting business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key partners, and developing tailored AI-based solutions for client needs. Daily tasks include identifying prospective clients, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing sales performance to meet organizational goals. The role requires a proactive and dynamic approach to achieving sales targets and expanding market presence in the AI solutions domain.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, and building relationships with enterprise clients
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including Generative AI, Edge AI, and automation solutions
- Expertise in conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic sales plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering compelling pitches and negotiating with stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and recommend customized solutions
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics to manage leads, sales pipelines, and performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in the AI, technology, or manufacturing sector is highly desirable
