Roles & Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, references, and field visits
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline
- Explore new markets, industries, and corporate clients
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Approach and onboard corporate clients and key decision-makers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients
- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions
3. Sales Process Management:
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms
- Close deals efficiently and ensure revenue generation
4. Target Achievement & Reporting:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate MIS reports, sales pipeline, and CRM updates
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance
5. Market Research & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Suggest new strategies to improve sales performance and business growth
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Required Skills & Competencies:- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Strong business acumen and client-handling abilities
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field work
Educational Qualification:Any Graduate with relevant experience in B2B / Corporate Sales
Preferred Profile:Candidates with prior experience in corporate sales, field sales, or business development will be preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales can also apply. Local candidates from Surat or nearby locations will be an advantage.
