Role Description
Ampa Vegan Foods is seeking a full-time B2B Sales Manager (HoReCa) to join our on-site team in the Bangalore Urban district. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies tailored to the HoReCa sector to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses, identifying market opportunities in hospitality and foodservice, and providing customized vegan dairy solutions based on client needs. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring HoReCa market trends, leading sales presentations and tastings, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams for client satisfaction and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, account management in the HoReca industry
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management
- Ability to set and achieve performance targets, with excellent organizational skills
- Experience working in the manufacturing, plastics, or industrial sector is a strong advantage
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of regional market trends in Bangalore and the surrounding areas
