Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a B2B Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales of packaging solutions. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, negotiate contracts, meet sales targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions. Regular market research and staying updated on industry trends will be essential to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation: Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, contract negotiations, and achieving sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the packaging industry and a solid understanding of sustainable and innovative packaging solutions.
- Communication and Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strategic Thinking and Market Research: Proven ability to develop sales strategies and conduct market analyses.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Technology Proficiency: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel for meetings or client engagements as required.
