Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hauz Khas for a B2B Sales Manager. In this role, the B2B Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and foster client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing leads, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The B2B Sales Manager will also track market trends and provide insights to enhance product offerings and positioning.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in B2B sales
- Experience in client relationship management and account development
- Ability to conduct market research to identify business opportunities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment
- Experience or knowledge of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
