Role Description
The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to client onboarding and account management. This full-time, on-site role is based in Navi Mumbai, where the manager will meet with potential clients, build relationships, and identify their business needs. Additional responsibilities include preparing and delivering impactful sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Ability to conduct market research, identify sales opportunities, and develop business strategies
- Experience in building strong client relationships and maintaining effective communication
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills for successful deal closures
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems
- Proven experience in B2B sales roles, preferably in the technology or internet service industry
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
