Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune City for a B2B Sales Manager. The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business through Contract Manufacturing and also generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves meeting sales targets, conducting market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities. The position will also require effective collaboration with various teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
- Proven ability to build and manage distributor networks effectively
- Experience in market analysis, lead generation, and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain client and team relationships
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software is an advantage
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably within the agro or food industry, is a plus
