Job Summary:The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for generating business opportunities through cold calling, engaging with potential clients, and converting leads into customers. The role requires strong communication skills, a target-driven approach, and the ability to handle international clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound cold calls to identify potential B2B clients
- Generate and qualify leads through prospecting activities
- Present company services to prospective clients
- Convert leads into sales and achieve revenue targets
- Maintain and update client information in CRM systems
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
Requirements:- Proven experience in B2B sales / cold calling / international sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in US shift
- Strong target-driven mindset
- Experience in IT/Marketing/Service-based sales is a plus
Qualifications:- Any Graduate / MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
