Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Sales Manager based in Mumbai, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The B2B Sales Manager will drive client acquisition, build and maintain relationships with coaching institutes and other educational institutions, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, presenting customized solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional client support. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery of services tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B Sales and Business Development, with strong knowledge of sales strategy and client acquisition
- Expertise in Relationship Management and Account Management to build and maintain successful client partnerships
- Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills for pitching services and engaging stakeholders
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking skills to identify business opportunities and tailor solutions
- Experience in or knowledge of the education or training industry is a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working effectively in both office and remote setups
