Role Description
We are seeking a passionate B2B Sales Manager for a full-time position in a hybrid work environment based in Mumbai, allowing for both in-office and work-from-home opportunities. The B2B Sales Manager will collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective clients, nurturing relationships with educational institutions and industry partners, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and reaching or exceeding sales goals. The role also involves market research to identify opportunities for growth and staying up-to-date with industry trends to position eleVibe's offerings effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, strategic planning, and client relationship management skills
- Proven expertise in B2B sales, account management, and contract negotiations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is an advantage
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a hybrid team environment
- Previous experience in the education sector or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
