Most SIP internships give you tasks. This one gives you a system.
As a B2B Sales Intern at Merchland's Founder's Office, you will source real leads, qualify them using BANT, book meetings with the Co-Founder, and — for every deal you initiate — stay in the room through negotiation and closing.
Alongside live work, you will complete a 9-module B2B Sales Crash Course covering Kotler's frameworks: STP, AIDA, Buying Center, CLV, KAM, and more — all applied to real Merchland deals.
Designed to make you the most prepared B2B sales candidate in the room.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and prospect research across target segments — colleges, corporates, event companies, startups, and brands
- Trigger-based prospecting — identify and act on live business triggers like fest announcements, corporate events, and funding news
- BANT qualification of all leads before escalating to the Co-Founder
- Meeting booking for the Co-Founder
- Full participation in every deal conversation you initiate — from first meeting through negotiation and closing
- Daily CRM updates on Zoho
- Weekly structured training sessions — 9-module B2B Sales Crash Course
